A few words “About" Ross... Ross makes everyting we sell in his shop. It all starts with an idea, a piece of aluminum and ends up being something gorgeous that I am really proud to mail to you.
A patent-holder, fisherman and avid motorcycle rider, Ross Harjes is the founder of CustomBaitMolds.com.
Ross has ”endured" several careers along the way, and has experience in long-haul trucking, publishing and advertising, to name a few. Looking to make a change to a simpler life, he bought a CNC mill and lathe, put 'em in his shop out in the country, taught himself how to use them and began machining. The year was 2001.
In true "Ross fashion,” a term coined by one of his long-time buds, he found a niche. He named the business, Clocks4bikes, and produced custom motorcycle parts that looked factory, added function and weren’t over-the-moon expensive. Ross made a name for himself in the motorcycle world and has now moved on..., upping his expertise and creativity to meet the demands of the sport fishing world.
Custom Bait Molds. This is his new business. Using 3D CAD expertise and advanced machining strategies, he’s making custom machined aluminum bait molds that are second-to-none.
Doing it his way... one at a time… at a reasonable price and right here in the USA!
From day one, his ethic has always been to give customers the best service possible. Ross is old school, and he believes there is no reason whatsoever why a company can't be responsive to their customers in every way.
And, Ross has been doing this long enough now that he has proven he really does put his money where his mouth is. Google him.
